This is truly a good BBQ place. It willMelt in your mouth and fill you up. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. Why not?!!? Split a sampler, plenty for 2 people and you get 3 sides. for the foreseeable future. I dream about the Mac and cheese and could really use a slab of their ribs right now. Went to Sweet Ps again last night and the wife for some Florida Hate Eve rage eating to get a nice foundation for today's tailgating. We had their brisket and chicken. They looked incredible! The Mac and cheese was also good, super creamy. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars is it is creamy and rich. This is about as good of bbq as you'll get most any place, and I'm speaking as a visitor from Texas, where bbq is everywhere. Fast & efficient BBQ served cafeteria style. I loved it. We happened to find it while in Knoxville, and decided on the sampler, and literally everything was great, even the mimosas, which was surprising for a BBQ place.
